- Extensive Exercise Logging - Logging exercises, including supersets, has never been easier. If you can't find an exercise you want to log, we've made it simple to add your own to our database.
- Apple Health Integration - CleanLift can utilize Apple's HealthKit API to record strength training activity sessions directly from our iPhone or Apple Watch app (Premium only). This feature is seamlessly integrated into our workout logger, eliminating the need to switch between apps when recording your exercises.
- Apple Watch Support (Premium only) - Log workouts directly from your wrist! Our watch app supports logging full workouts and tracks workout activity data via the Health app. Don't worry, your workouts will be synchronized across devices.
